The electrics were more complicated than expected but they stayed on until the job was complete. The boiler is expensive but is top quality and has a 10 year guarantee. Would definitely recommend this company and we won't be using any other plumber in future."

The company arrived on time and made sure all floor coverings etc were protected before commencing the work. Rusell who carried out the installation worked non stop until he completed the job. At all times he was courteous and had a great pride in his work even cleaning down all the new pipework before finishing. Frank regularly appeared to check on progress and standard of work. However we have been lucky to find such professional engineers in Stirling Plumbers. Both boilers were replaced and fitted by Scott. He did a great job, especially the second as it was not an easy install. They tided up after themselves, arrived early and when we discovered an unrelated issue with radiator valves, they came back out immediately to do a temporary fix before returning the next day to finish the job after they got the part required. Frank and his team of plumbing and heating engineers are first class --a cut above the rest. To date they have installed a new boiler and gas pipes, installed a new part to a shower and plumbed in a dishwasher in my B&B. So when a tradesman demonstrates the level of knowledge, experience and craftsmanship that Frank and his team did, it takes all of the stress away. And our situation WAS stressful…drain flies emerging in their droves from a leak underground. Lifting the entire floor and having everything replumbed and retiled, not to mention refitting kitchen units…seemed like a huge job, certainly way beyond my capabilities! He attended quickly, corrected the leak etc and wrote a report that I was then able to use which meant that neither the insurance company or their contractor could ignore me as they had been doing for months.     "text": "10/10 We recieved truly excellent service.\n\nOur water pressure suddenly dropped so we called Stirling Plumbers who promptly attended and traced the source of the problem, our water supply pipe had burst causing a leak underneath the building. This problem was compounded by an almost total lack of access to the pipe.\n\nFrank explained to us in detail the issue and potential solutions. After the repair work began we were kept informed about their progress at every stage. Later that day our water supply had been reinstated and everything made good to an excellent standard. Frank and the guys at Stirling Plumbers managed to resolve within the day what could have been a complete disaster situation for us.\n\nStrongest possible recommendation"

He sorted the leak quietly and efficiently. I then discussed another 3 jobs, with him,  that I would like done. They were: fitting of a tap, fitting of a sink/boiler/washing machine waste pipework and the fitting of a gas hob. Frank contacted me with a quote a couple of days later and arranged for his men to come out the next day. Again his men were polite, efficient and professional with each job. I was extremely impressed with their conduct and wouldn't hesitate to have them back. Frank is very personable and obviously runs a good plumbing service. I will be back in the future. Thank you."

They arrived within10 minutes, our house would have been ruined had it not been for their quick response!\nToday my hair salon basin was broken, not allowing me to work, but again they arrived within half an hour! We had always had problems with the backwash from its original installation but Frank spent 3 hours stripping it all back and converting all the plumbing to uk spec( had been European) other plumbers didn’t want to go near it!\nI can’t thank him enough!     "text": "Unbelievably good service, the engineers are different gravy.\n\nI requested a service on my LPG boiler with the expectation it would be a number of days before anyone would get back to me. However the two engineers came out immediately.\n\nIt was identified that my boiler required a part, and this was explained to me fully and options presented to me. I made a decision, however this meant my boiler had to be isolated, which made me wonder how long I would be without it.\n\nHowever the next morning, the engineers returned first thing, with the required part, and then it was fitted and boiler reconnected.\n\nAll of this completed less than 24 hours after the initial call.\n\nUnbelievably efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a plumber."
